- An in-depth statistical user experience analysis will be
conducted by 3 staff members of DDA. The three staffers will
each browse the subject website in its entirety (up to a 1hr.
limit each) Notations will be made on every problem encountered,
areas of confusion, and areas of delay
- A statistician will compile and analyze the staffers notations
and repor results by site area and functionality
- The statistical summary will be e-mailed to client with
the excel spread sheet attached
- The three staffers will also be interviewed by the head
coordinator for subjective comments on overall site appearance,
usability and performance

focus group program includes:

- A report will be e-mailed to you listing observations about
site presentation and design
- An analysis will be e-mailed to you about any site bottlenecks
or problem areas

- An in-depth statistical user experience analysis by 3 staff
members of DDA. The three staffers will each browse the subject

- Three outside individuals will be brought in to browse
the website for 20 minutes. After browsing, they will be asked
questions by a facilitator about website usability, memorability,
problems, strengths and weaknesses. The questions and answers
of the focus group discussion will be recorded on a VHS video
tape. A list of the questions will be presented to the client
in advance and can be revised based on client needs. The three
individuals will be selected by parameters requested by the
client. Typical requirements include age, sex, occupation,
education level, special interests, special job related skills
or responsibilites. Individuals will be paid an additional
fee for their time. Fees range from $50 to $125 per individual
and are dependant on occupation, age and special requirements
